Generally, outreach to engage landlords in renting to BHBH participants may include the following: outreach materials, advertising, and campaigns; presentations, exhibits, and networking events to encourage landlords/owners/management companies to consider renting to BHBH participants; security deposits (including eligibility, maximum amounts); and incentives, referral, multi-unit and/or signing bonuses.
